Reflecting . . .
″‘When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean – neither more nor less.’ ‘
The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.‘”

Reflecting on Writing
Reflecting means to looking back and what you have done in order to look forward. Reflecting is a way to think about what is working and what isn't, to identify ways of doing things when presented with a situation, for discovering how writing can respond in different situations, and for many other reasons. For this class, reflections will be used to think critically about what worked and what didn't in writing practice. The goal is to consider writing practices and strategies that worked (or didn't) and what goals students set out to accomplish--whether short term or long term.
